Returns & refunds

Biotechnology-derived ingredients are sensitive materials. Returns are accepted only when the shipment is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the released technical specification.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please retain packaging and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Out-of-specification material

Report suspected out-of-specification material within 14 days. We may request a retained sample for laboratory verification.

Non-returnable items

Opened or partially used material, custom orders, and made-to-order production are not returnable.
