Terms of sale

These terms apply to online orders placed with TruBiotech, operated by Trulux Pty Ltd (Australia).

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, quality release and applicable regulatory requirements. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive unless otherwise indicated. Shipping is charged in addition and shown at checkout.

Intended use

Materials are supplied for professional research and formulation use by qualified organisations. They are not supplied for pharmaceutical or medical use unless expressly agreed in writing.

Cancellations and changes

Orders can be changed or cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting hello@trubiotech.com.au. Made-to-order and custom items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacement of the product or refund of the price paid.
